ABOUT US

NSW College of Sport enables students to turn their passion for sport into a rewarding career. We offer courses and pathways to leadership and management across all sectors of the sporting and recreation industries.

Founded by Cricket NSW – the largest sporting body in New South Wales – our programs are delivered in partnership with UOW College, owned by the University of Wollongong.

    Cricket NSW

    Established in 1859, Cricket NSW is the State Sporting Organisation with responsibility to administer, promote and manage cricket throughout New South Wales for men and women. Cricket NSW currently manages seven professional men’s and women’s teams; which includes the NSW Blues and Breakers, the Big Bash League’s Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder; and Major League Cricket’s Washington Freedom.

    Cricket NSW is responsible for developing cricket participation for over 490,000 people (ages 5 and up); managing community, academy programs and Premier Cricket competitions; overseeing high performance talent identification and development and professional cricket; ticketing and membership for over 210,000 fans via our 4 BBL teams; and the management of the $70m high performance and administration HQ at Cricket Central in Sydney. Cricket NSW are a not-for-profit organisation and an affiliate of Cricket Australia.
